Yay, you’re part of our Flower Bouquet Share! Our bouquet share is unique in that we follow the “CSA”, (Community Supported Agriculture) farming model in which you “the community” help support our farm before the season starts and then enjoy the benefits with weekly flower bouquets. All of the flowers in our bouquets are grown locally on our farm nestled between Elko-New Market and Lakeville. We start a majority of our flowers from seed (or bulb) and all flowers are hand harvested with care. We use sustainable growing practices so feel free to stick your nose in those blooms and soak it all in.
Blue Sky Flower Farm (Thursday 3-7 PM):
All bouquets are wrapped in a kraft paper sleeve and vase ready. Some members have found it helpful to keep a mason jar or small bucket of water in their car for transporting their flowers. Flowers should not be kept in a warm car for periods of time.
As stated above, any bouquets not picked up by 7:00 pm on Thursday will be donated. If you are unable to pick up your bouquet for some reason, please feel free to have a neighbor or friend grab yours that week.
Also, while we grow safely and sustainably, the flowers we use in the bouquets are not for animal or human consumption.
