Like a flower, this 60 minute slow-flow, Vinyasa style class will help you plant your roots and bloom. Connect with your breath and flow through a series of poses designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Be inspired by the beautiful surroundings to soothe the mind, body, and soul. Spend the last 15 minutes of class walking around the flower farm and taking in the beauty of the blooms.
A homegrown signature Blue Sky Flower Bouquet is included in your purchase. Additional bouquets are available for purchase.

Meet your instructor Kassie DeVorak:
I’m Kassie DeVorak, the owner of Prana&Pints and a 500hr RYT. I am a Winona native, now taking on the big city bringing my love for yoga with me. My yoga journey started 13 years ago and has since shaped my life in beautiful and unexpected ways. Besides practicing yoga, I enjoy spending time outside, traveling, diving into a good book, trying new foods, and spoiling my Golden Retriever, Rowyn.
My purpose is to bring yoga to unique locations and give people the space where they can check out and check in, allow emotions to run wild, be themselves, and most importantly, have fun!!
I am excited to flow in the flowers with you all 🙂

Blue Sky Flower Farm is a working flower farm nestled between Lakeville and Elko – New Market. We supply flowers and bouquets through our Spring, Summer, & Bouquet Flower CSAs, at our farmstead & direct to florists & designers. We are closed to the public, but please follow our social media sites and website for our flower availabilities and information on our upcoming events.
